The cozy 3.5-room chalet (58m2) is perfect for people who want to spend some days in the countryside. The chalet is accessible over 14 steps and has 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with three single beds next to each other, 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet. The bright and friendly living area with fireplace (wood included) has TV, radio and blue-ray as well as an open, fully equipped kitchen with dining area. In addition, the chalet offers a garden terrace with barbecue facilities and unique views of Lake Brienz and the Rothorn mountain range. In the chalet there is 1 baby crib and 1 baby seat at your free disposal. Included in the rental price are WLAN, 1 parking space above the steps (only in summer) and 1 garage parking space (260 m. away). Pets and smoking in the house are not allowed. The bedroom with 3 single beds is accessible only through a hatch with steep stairs. The hatch can be closed from the living room.
