Well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, dining table with corner bench, fridge freezer, oven, coffee maker, toaster, raclette oven (vinegar, oil and spices are available). Bathroom with bath / shower / toilet and wash basin. Large balcony on the west side (evening sun) with dining table and lounge chairs. Own garage. Year-round access by car. Pets not allowed, apartment only for non-smokers.
