Recently restored house maintaining the style and character typical of Ticino villages, very comfortable and furnished with an eye for detail, to make your stay unforgettable. Located in the Centovalli, the valley famous for its little train that passes through idyllic landscapes and for its tranquillity The structure is on 3 floors and is ideal for families and young couples; it can accommodate up to 5 people. There are three bedrooms, served by a spiral staircase, a kitchen and a living room with fireplace On the upper floor is the attic, with a double bed (160x200 cm) and an open-plan bathroom equipped with toilet and freestanding bathtub with a view of the entire valley; on the second floor there is a room with a comfortable bed (120x200 cm) with a wide view and a room with 2 single beds (90x200) and the bathroom is equipped with shower and toilet.  On the first floor near the living room is  there is a large kitchen equipped with a combined hot air steam and microwave oven, fridge freezer, induction stove, dishwasher, waffle coffee machine, kettle, toaster and other accessories.  The living room with fireplace is furnished with an extendable table for 6 to 10 persons, a comfortable sofa and television.  On the ground floor with separate access is a utility room with a washing machine, a toilet with shower and a multipurpose room (hobby, games room, bicycle storage). Outside a generous terrace with a view of the surrounding mountains granite table and sunshade. Gas grill available.

Location description: Lionza is part of the Centovalli above Borgnone at an altitude of 750 meters above sea level. Very sunny and quiet. In the summer months mostly inhabited by tourists as a second home. The village has retained its original character and features as a Ticinese village with its typical stone roofs.
