The open kitchen is well equipped and includes an oven and dishwasher.

The apartment is family-friendly and the bedrooms are arranged as follows: One double bedroom (2 mattresses à 90 x 200 cm), one children’s bedroom with a bunk bed (2 mattresses à 90 x 200 cm) and a Chicco travel cot (60 x 120 cm), one gallery bedroom with two single beds (2 mattresses à 90 x 200 cm) and a gallery extension with a skylight.

Additionally, the apartment offers a spacious balcony, cable TV/Wi-Fi, DVD player, and telephone. The apartment is heated electrically, but guests can also use the wood-burning stove for extra warmth. Tenants also have access to the shared laundry room.

Bed linen and final cleaning are provided by the apartment managers.

Check-in from 3 PM, check-out by 11 AM at the latest.

The holiday apartment is located 500 m from the Braunwaldbahn, 900 m from the gondola lift, and 400 m from shopping facilities.

Rental: Winter season from December to March. Summer season from mid-June to mid-July.

Winter: CHF 140 per night, excluding final cleaning, bed linen, electricity/heating, and guest taxes Summer: CHF 95 per night, excluding final cleaning, bed linen, electricity/heating, and guest taxes

Additional costs:
Final cleaning: CHF 80. With dog: plus CHF 30. Electricity/heating: CHF 0.27 per kWh, firewood: CHF 15 per box. Bed linen (including bath towel and dish towel): CHF 20 per person Bed linen for children’s bed: CHF 10. Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
