Description of the holiday rental

Bedrooms:
High-quality bed linen and fine down duvets are available in all bedrooms and are charged separately.
4 enclosed bedrooms (2x parents, 2x children), 1 sofa bed for 2 people in the living room and 2 additional mattresses on a gallery.
The large parents' bedroom is equipped with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and storage space in a wardrobe and dresser. A small desk with an office chair makes home office possible. The two children's rooms are each equipped with a bunk bed with two beds (90 x 200 cm), there is plenty of storage space in wardrobes/drawers in each bedroom and there is space to play on the cozy carpet. Toys, books and board games are available. In a "cave" under the roof slope above the living room (max. room height approx. 160cm) there are two mattresses suitable for sleeping for older children. The cave is accessible via a steep, unsecured ladder. The landlord is not liable for accidents in connection with the ladder/cave. Under the roof is a cozy parents' bedroom with a double bed (160 x 200 cm) and plenty of storage space in wall wardrobes. Up to 2 people can sleep comfortably on the sofa bed in the living room (160 x 200 cm). Note: There is no blackout option in the upstairs living room.

Living room:
The apartment has two very bright and open living areas. Downstairs there is a large panoramic seating window with a view of the garden with a bird feeder and the Brigelser Hörner mountains, upstairs the living room is oriented towards a beautiful south-facing balcony with a magnificent view over the garden, the village and as far as Obersaxen and the mountains of the Surselva. The downstairs living room has a huge seating area in the bay window with a view of the garden with a bird feeder and the Brigelser Hörner mountains, a comfortable sofa, a luxurious recliner with footstool and a Samsung screen (27'') with all common apps (no TV). In front of the window to the balcony is a large desk suitable for home office or crafting. In the corner by the kitchen is a comfortable corner bench with a dining table for 8-10 people. Some toys, books and board games are available. On the covered balcony with evening sun there is another dining table for 8-10 people as well as a Weber gas grill. As a "special feature", a romantic starry sky lighting can be switched on on the balcony. In the entrance area there is a wardrobe with wall hooks, clothes rail and a shoe rack. A shoe and glove dryer installed in the wardrobe area ensures dry clothes and shoes. The upstairs living room has a cozy dining area with a corner bench for 6-8 people. Toys, books and board games are available. The living room opens out onto the large covered south-facing balcony with two comfortable rocking chairs and a large dining table with a folding bench on the wall. On the balcony, a romantic starry sky lighting can be switched on. In the entrance area downstairs by the stairs there is a small wardrobe with wall hooks and shoe racks. A shoe and glove dryer is installed in the parents' bedroom.

Note: The upstairs living room has stairs leading down to the entrance to the apartment. On request, the staircase can be blocked off with a child gate.

Kitchen:
The apartment has 2 fully equipped kitchens, one downstairs and one upstairs.
The downstairs kitchen is fully modern equipped with induction hob (4 cooking zones), microwave, combined oven/steamer, refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided) as well as milk frother. The kitchen has a small Bosch food processor (up to max. 750g flour) as well as various baking utensils. Above the kitchen island, a romantic starry sky lighting can be switched on. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price. The upstairs kitchen is fully modern equipped with induction hob (4 cooking zones), small microwave, oven, refrigerator and Nespresso coffee machine (capsules not provided). A fondue set (for up to 6 people) invites you to cozy get-togethers. Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.

Bathrooms:
The apartment has 3 bathrooms, two downstairs (one with shower, one with bathtub) and one upstairs (shower).
The two small bathrooms downstairs each have a bathtub and a shower as well as a WC and a washbasin with under-counter storage. A hair dryer is available. There is enough shelf space for personal items and enough towel rails for up to 6 shower towels. The pleasant underfloor heating ensures a cozy warmth in the bathroom. Towels are available and included in the price. The upstairs bathroom has a generous shower as well as a WC and a washbasin with under-counter storage. A hair dryer is available. Two apartments connected by a connecting door with 10 beds and two additional mattresses for up to 12 people. 3 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 large living rooms with panoramic windows, 2 balconies, total 6.5 rooms and approx. 143m2. The apartments are on two floors and connected by an internal staircase (which can be closed off). Both apartments also have their own/separate entrance from the stairwell. Both apartments were newly built in 2024 and furnished in a modern style.

From the large south-facing balcony overlooking the garden, you have a wonderful view over the village and as far as Obersaxen on the other side of the valley.
