Description of the holiday rental

Bedrooms:
One bedroom with a large double bed and its own balcony. One room with an extendable bed and a sofa (also extendable). Another bedroom with a desk and two extendable beds. All rooms have a wardrobe and a separate closet. Bed linen is provided and included in the price.

Living room:
An open living area with kitchen/dining area includes a large dining table (extended to seat 10 people), a generous corner seating group with seating for 4 people, a comfortable recliner, a stylish bar for 4 people, some party games for cozy evenings and access to the large balcony with all-day sunshine.

Kitchen:
The kitchen is fully equipped and has a glass-ceramic cooker with oven, a refrigerator with large freezer compartment, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a Raclette oven and a Fondue Caquelon.
Beautiful wine, champagne and beer glasses are part of the kitchen, as are towels and kitchen linen - all included in the price.

Bathroom:
One bathroom has a bathtub and a WC/washbasin, the other bathroom has a shower and a WC/washbasin. Towels are provided and included in the price.

The top-fitted 4 1/2 room apartment (100 m2) is located in a very central location on the 3rd floor of a multi-family house with 7 apartments (lift).

From two balconies you have a wonderful view of the magnificent mountain landscape of the Surselva. 

In the basement there is a ski room. A garage space and a car port are included in the price.

Distance to the valley station of the mountain railways: 10 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by free ski bus (stop < 100 m). Shopping facilities and restaurants within walking distance.

Non-smoking apartment. Pets not allowed.

Final cleaning and ancillary services by arrangement with the landlord.
