Description of the holiday rental

Bedrooms:
2 bedrooms with double beds (2x90), one bedroom with bunk bed, one cot. All rooms have a wardrobe and small bedside tables. Bed linen is available (charged separately per bed used).

Living room:
Living room with east and south orientation (door to the conservatory). The living room has a sofa group (red, fabric) and a table with corner bench. TV with satellite connection, DVD player, no internet/WLAN.

Kitchen:
The apartment has a separate kitchen with table and corner bench. Glass ceramic cooker, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, fondue caquelon, raclette oven, coffee machine with filter (ground coffee required). Kitchen linen is available and included in the price.

Bathroom:
The bathroom has a WC/washbasin, a shower and a combined washing machine with dryer. Bathroom linen must be brought by the tenant.

Other rooms:
The apartment has a conservatory with windows facing east and south. Very sunny. The narrow balcony is accessible from the conservatory, but only partially usable. (Smoking area). Entrance hall with shoe storage, connecting corridor with wardrobe.

4 1/2-room holiday apartment (76m2) on the 1st upper floor of a multi-family house (wooden house > 100 years) with a total of 3 apartments. The house is located on a hill near the village centre with a beautiful view to the east and north. The valley station of the mountain railway is about 15 minutes walk away. The postbus stop is 200m below the house.
Skis can be stored in the shed, bicycles and carts under the terrace.

The house has parking spaces (maximum 2 per apartment) on an adjacent plot with loading/unloading area in front of the house. Public parking spaces are subject to a fee.

Pets are not allowed. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony. The apartment is not wheelchair accessible.
