Description of the holiday rental

Bedrooms:
2 double bedrooms with a large double bed, approx. 11 m2 each, 1 children's bedroom with 1 bunk bed approx. 11 m2. Both double bedrooms have a wardrobe, the children's bedroom has a chest of drawers. Bed linen available, not included in the price.

Living room/Kitchen:
Living room with flat-screen TV with SWISSCOM cable connection, WLAN, radio with CD player; direct access to the terrace (W) and 2nd seating area (S);

Kitchen:
Cooking area with refrigerator, 'Combi steam' oven, dishwasher and glass ceramic hob, 'Nespresso' coffee machine and kettle, fondue set available; please bring your own kitchen towels.

Bathroom:
1 shower/WC and 1 separate bath/WC with washing machine and tumble dryer, with hair dryer, weight scales. Please bring your own bathroom towels.

The 4.5-room apartment (92.5 m2) is on the ground floor of a multi-family house with a total of 5 apartments. The house is located slightly above the post office on Via Tschuppina. From the terrace, you have a wonderful view of Tumpiv and Cavistrau. On the same level is the underground garage (space No. 03), where skis and sleds can be stored.

Distance to the valley station of the chairlift: approx. 10 minutes on foot. In winter, the ski slope can be used at the ski school (ski lift with subscription). Post office and Volg nearby (2 min), bakery 5 min, butcher 7 min, restaurants in the surrounding area.

A visitor parking space is available directly in front of the house. Pets are allowed on request. Non-smoking apartment!
