The 4-room rustico holiday home is located at the end of Brione in the direction of Sonogno, with an unobstructed view of the mountains and the Verzasca, just a 10-minute walk to the river.
The rustico "Casa Fontanella" is tastefully furnished in a modern, easy-care and comfortable style. The interior design harmoniously combines old and new. Guests do not have to do without anything that is generally expected on holiday today. A garage and 1 parking space in front of the house are available free of charge.

The village shop, ATM, post office, church and playground in the village centre are just 300 m away and the nearest restaurant-pizzeria is only one kilometre away. Countless paths invite you to go hiking in the heights, in the Valle Osola, to Sonogno or Alnasca. Mountaineering and diving are available in the surrounding area. One attraction is bungee jumping. The jump from the 220 metre high Verzasca dam also fascinated James Bond in the film Goldeneye.

You can reach Locarno by car in around 35 minutes. This lakeside town offers plenty of variety for discerning guests. A five-minute drive from Locarno is Ascona, which is famous for its old town, the Mediterranean lakeside promenade with its street cafés and the mild climate.
