Inside, the flat impresses with an open-plan living/dining room that leads directly onto a large balcony where you can spend relaxing hours. The modern and functional open-plan kitchen is equipped with amenities such as a dishwasher, induction hob with steam extractor, fridge, freezer, oven and Nespresso machine. Additional comfort is provided by the utility room with its own washing machine, tumble dryer and fitted wardrobes, a bedroom with a double bed and another with two single beds, both with fitted wardrobes, and a bathroom with shower and WC.

The outdoor area invites you to linger on the balcony, which is furnished with a dining table and deckchairs. There is also a pergola for our guests to use and a car park right next to the house. These outdoor features provide the perfect setting to enjoy the Ticino sunshine to the full.
