Sunny 4½-room apartment on the second floor (no lift in the house). Entrance with cloakroom. Living/dining room with balcony and mountain view. Open kitchen with oven, fridge, dishwasher, coffee machine. One double bedroom. Two bedrooms, each with two single beds. Bathroom with shower/WC/sink. One bathroom with bathtub/WC/sink. Laundry room and ski room for shared use. One parking space in the garage (narrow). Pets are welcome. The fireplace can not be used.
HOUSE DESCRIPTION
The Chesa Glüna is an apartment house in a quiet and sunny location. About 50 metres from the house there are tennis courts in summer and an ice rink in winter. The post office and railway station, as well as the Saluver/Marguns mountain railway, are approx. 500 m away. Various restaurants and the cross-country ski trails are in the immediate vicinity.
