Chesa Fanz��gna Spacious, bright 3 ��-room flat with 106 m2 net living space on the top floor (attic flat - high rooms - no sloping walls, normal side wall height) with 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms. Large living area with dining place, half-open kitchen, balcony. Ideal for 2 to 4 persons (max. 5)

    (good shopping facilities for daily needs, both train stations within walking distance, bus stop Cresta Palace with buses in all directions (2 minutes), cable car to Marguns (area Corviglia - Piz Nair 300 m), restaurants, ski school, cross-country skiing tracks, ice rink in winter, playground, sports field and tennis court in summer).
