The Renards, a 6-rooms apartment on the first floor consist of the following:
Living room, dining room and a fully equipped luxury kitchen.
4 bedrooms and 1 Office:
1 Master bed room (2 beds) + dressing and a bathroom
2 Guest rooms (2 beds per room) + 1 bathroom
1 Guest rooms 1 bed + 1 bathroom
1 Office
Other Facilities and amenities:
Two parking spaces of which one covered, Private cellar with ski lockers and ski boots dryer, various storage in a wine and vegetable cellar accessible from the covered garage.
A sauna can be rented, if available, for CHF 300 per week.
This historic chalet, dating from 1902 and restored with rare care, embodies contemporary Alpine elegance while preserving its original spirit.
Just a few meters from the village's traditional shops and a 5-minute walk from the cable cars, it offers a unique experience at the foot of the Portes du Soleil slopes.
Each space has been decorated with a selection of refined works of art, natural materials and high-end furniture, creating a warm and prestigious atmosphere.
The owner has taken particular care in choosing premium bedding, natural duvets and textiles, as well as professional gas kitchens equipped with modern ovens, ideal for cooking like a chef every day.
Thanks to its comfort, spacious rooms and inspiring atmosphere facing the Dents du Midi, the chalet is equally suited to personal retreats and family holidays, as well as professional rentals for high-end workshops or courses.
