In a modern residence on the edge of Chiasso, the apartment makes a convenient base for a business trip or a family holiday on the Swiss/Italian border. The apartment has very good transport connections and is just 15 minutes by train from the centre of Como.

The apartment has been carefully appointed with everything guests might need for a relaxed stay. The light-filled main room is furnished 3 single beds, plus a wardrobe and a dining table and chairs. The adjacent kitchenette is equipped with an electric heating plate and fridge-freezer.

The residence has a large, shared garden which includes a children’s play area.

Guests will find everything they need on their doorstep with good local amenities, including restaurants, bars and grocery stores all within 5 minutes. For younger guests, California Acquapark (3 minutes drive) makes an exciting day out.

Como is a short train ride from the apartment, so guests have easy access to the lake and all the attractions of the city, including its farmers market, cathedral and lake-front promenade.

The beautiful city of Lugano is 20 minutes away and Mendrisio, known as Il Magnifico Borgo (The Magnificent Town) just 10 minutes. Both offer history, culture and delicious food in abundance and are certainly worth a visit.

The closest international airport is in Italy - Milan Malpensa is 40 minutes away by car.
