Description of the holiday rental

Genéral

Very nice flat in a nice building close to the Signal cable car. On the 4th floor. Garage (no 5) only in winter. Very nice view. Living room with fireplace. TV.  South facing balcony. Open plan kitchen, dining area, 1 bedroom with 1 futon bed for 2 (160x200), bathroom. 1 bedroom with 2 beds (90x190), separate toilet and shower. Non-smoking flat. No pets allowed. Wifi access.

Kitchen equipment: fridge, oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, cheese fondue set.

Additional equipment: hair dryer, basic cleaning products, hand and dishwashing soaps - 1 garbage bag* provided on arrival with 1 dishwasher tablet* (*for the rest of the stay, the garbage bag is not included in the price).

(*for the rest of the stay, these products are at the tenant's expense)



Extra services

- Baby equipment (folding bed (without linen and duvet), bathtub, pushchair, highchair): on reservation and according to availability
