Description of the holiday rental

Spacious, modern 4 ½ room flat (3 bedrooms, approx. 125m2) in the house SUNNAFELS on the 1st floor with covered large balcony in a privileged, central location.  Modern, tasteful furnishings with all comforts. Also suitable for families with children. The house was built in 2006, flat and house have always been very well maintained.

The spacious living room with fireplace and the balcony are sunny all day long and have a nice view on the Dischma valley and Jakobshorn. You can hear the murmur of the Schiabach from the balcony. The panorama path 'Hohe Promenade' as well as the Thomas Mann path up to the Schatzalp are only 50 m away from the house.

Ski room with lockable cupboard for the winter and bike room for the summer are available. There is also plenty of storage space in the entrance area of the flat.

The Parsenn valley station can be reached on foot (10 minutes) or by bus (2 stops). Jakobshorn and Rinerhorn are a short drive away by bus or by car. At both valley stations there are possibilities to rent skis and bikes.

The wellness and adventure pool 'Eau-là-là' is a good 10-minute walk away, and shopping facilities (Migros, Denner, bakery etc.) are less than 10 minutes away on foot.

In spring, summer and autumn there are also various opportunities for hiking, mountaineering and biking, as well as numerous other sports: 18-hole golf course in the middle of Davos, tennis/squash center. You can swim and do other water sports in Lake Davos. Wonderful public playgrounds are available for the little ones. Great hiking area, also accessible by mountain railways. Well-signposted hiking and mountain trails, bike trails, picnic areas, etc.

One bedroom with ensuite bathroom and a double bed (160cm / Tempur mattress). The other two rooms have twin beds, which can be put together or placed separately if required. Spacios and fully-equipped kitchen with modern equipment, as well as Migros Coffee-B coffee machine, fondue set, raclette oven, steamer etc.

Kitchen linen, toilet/housekeeping paper, cleaning utensils and detergent available and included.

The price includes rent and service charge. Cleaning, bed linen, bathroom towels to be paid separately.

Guest tax depending on the number of persons and to be paid separately.
