The area is very quiet and the house is surrounded by a spacious garden (plot of 910 m2) with larch, Swiss stone pine and fir trees. Ideal for families and groups of up to 8 people. The maximum occupancy is 10 people. The house has 3 bedrooms in the house, a further room next to the garage and a studio (35m2) with separate bathroom/WC in the basement with separate entrance. Two rooms and the studio are equipped with good double beds, the room next to the garage and one room in the house have a bunk bed. The fourth bedroom is located in the basement next to the garage.
