The living room is cozy with wooden paneling and a soapstone stove (electrically heated). A sofa landscape invites you to relax (can be used as a pull-out bed for two people, only intended for emergencies, there are 8 beds). Table with four chairs, TV set.

Kitchen
The kitchen is separate, fully equipped and has an electric cooker with oven, fridge, dishwasher, espresso capsule coffee machine, mixer, raclette oven and cheese fondue caquelon. Large table with bench. High chair for children available.

Bedroom
A spacious bedroom with a large double bed 180x200, plus space-saving bed 2 x 90x200, plus children's bed 70x140.
A bedroom with 2 beds 90x200, is a passageway to a bathroom.
A bedroom with 2 beds 90x200, accessible from the living room and with a window facing the living room.
All bedrooms have hanging facilities and storage options. The beds are made up on arrival.

Bathroom
One bathroom with washbasin and bathtub (shower facility) and WC, incl. washing machine and tumble dryer, is accessible via a double bedroom.
One bathroom has a shower cabin and washbasin.
Additional separate WC with washbasin.

Furnishings
The apartment is furnished in a mix between old and new, the floors are laminated; the bedroom is carpeted. WiFi is available throughout the apartment. The house with the holiday apartment at Gassa Gronda 3 is in the center of Disentis. The 4-room apartment (120m2) is located on the 1st floor of the semi-detached house. The Benedictine monastery with religious as well as cultural offerings is in the immediate vicinity. Train station, shopping facilities, pharmacy, bank and post office are only a few meters away. The stop of the free sports bus, which goes to the mountain railways of Disentis, is located directly in front of the house; as is the private parking space. The garden seating area at the house is available for shared use. No pets are allowed and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the house.

The holiday apartment can be booked in the intermediate season upon request from 3 nights.
