Welcome to the Résidence Dent-Blanche!Ideally located on the edge of the charming village of Evolène, one of the most beautiful villages in Switzerland, this residence is easily accessible all year round. It is close to shops, bakery, pharmacy and 5 minutes walk from the village center. Parking spaces are located in front of the building and the post office stop is less than 100m away.Apartment No. 34 is on the 2nd floor. It is through and therefore has 2 balconies (south-west + north-east). It has been completely renovated and is ideal for 2 people. The sofa bed in the living room can accommodate an additional person.It consists of a beautiful living space including a small entrance, a living room of 20m2 with exit to the balcony-terrace to the south-west and a well-equipped open kitchen; a bedroom of 11.5m2 with balcony and built-in wardrobes and a bathroom completely renovated in 2016 with shower, sink and toilet.The building has a shared laundry room and ski storage. The apartment has a TV (cable) and a very good wifi connection.
