Right in the heart of the beautiful village of Falera, we rent out our lovingly furnished 3 1/2 room holiday apartment, which, due to its central location, is only 5 minutes walking distance from the village shop "Volg" and approximately 10 minutes walking distance from the mountain railway station. The charming ground floor apartment with direct access to the terrace and large lawn, from which you can enjoy a wonderful view of the Grisons mountains, offers space for 3 to a maximum of 4 people. It features an open-plan living-dining room with a fireplace, 2 bedrooms, and a bathroom. Pets and smoking are not allowed in the apartment.

The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with Miele kitchen appliances as well as various accessories.

• In the master bedroom, there is a new double bed, and the built-in wardrobe offers enough storage space for your clothes. The smaller bedroom also offers a double bed for sleeping.

Bathroom:

• The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub that can be used as a shower, a sink, a toilet, and a 3-part mirror cabinet. A hairdryer is also available for use. Small but equipped with all the necessities.

Basement

• In the basement, there is a laundry room with a washing machine and tumble dryer for shared use, a ski room through which you can directly access the underground garage, and a fitness-playroom with a table tennis table, football table, and billiard table. The necessary accessories such as table tennis rackets, balls, and billiard cues are available for you in the apartment.

It is known for the historical "Parc la Mutta", the "Sternwarte Mirasteilas", and the landmark of the village "the church St. Remigius", which lies at the foot of the Mutta hill. The building is surrounded by a ship-shaped cemetery wall. Thus, the church and the wall are a symbol of Noah's Ark and are intended to remind people to look out for a safe shore. The local mountain of Falera is the "Crap Sogn Gion" (2,228 m above sea level). Although the entire region of the Weissen Arena is a hotspot for winter sports enthusiasts, it offers countless activities and opportunities for relaxation throughout the year. Falera is the perfect starting point for this.
