Description of the holiday rental
Beautiful 2.5-room holiday flat in sunny Falera. The bright attic flat is beautifully and comfortably furnished. Semi-open-plan kitchen with electric hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Dining table with 4 chairs.
Living/dining room with cosy sofa (extendable for 2 people), table, armchair, rustic cabinet, TV and Internet (wifi). Sunny south-facing balcony with views of the beautiful surrounding mountains. Bedroom with double bed, built-in wardrobe and mirror.
Bathroom with washbasin, bathtub incl. shower and WC. Access to a games room with table tennis, billiards and table football. Skis / snowboards / bikes etc. can be stored in the basement of the house. There is a heated boot dryer in the ski cellar. Parking space in underground car park (entrance 2 m high).
It is also possible to use the washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement. Sauna is available in the house (access through games room / coin-operated). Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking flat. The fireplace may not be used. Lift is not available.
Bed linen, towels, kitchen linen and final cleaning are included in the final price.
Neighbourhood: Various restaurants, the post office and a small grocery store are just a 10 to 15-minute walk away.
Transport: A bus stop is just a 2-minute walk away in winter, taking you to the Falera valley station. The bus stop for Laax, Flims, Ilanz and Chur is approx. 10 minutes' walk away (approx. 500m).
