Large patio 30 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the mountains, the valley and the countryside. Facilities: hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Falera 2 km from Laax: Child friendly, comfortable residence "La Siala", 1'200 m a.s.l., renovated in 2024. On the outskirts, in a quiet, sunny position, 900 m from the skiing area, south facing position. For shared use: property, lawn for sunbathing, indoor pool (seasonal availability: 01.Jul. - 15.Oct. and 15.Dec. - 31.Mar.). In the house: reception, in winter, use of sauna is included, table tennis, playroom, table football, lift, storage room for bicycles, storage room for skis, central heating system, washing machine, tumble dryer (for shared use), drying room. Motor access to the house (mountain road). In Winter: please take snow chains, 4x4 car recommended in winter. Communal covered parking at the house, public parking 50 m extra. E-charging station.
