Description of the holiday rental
Luxurious 3.5 room flat, for max. 4 persons, with 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, on the 7th floor of the luxury holiday apartment residence The Mountain Suites. Only 10 minutes walk from the Flims valley station. The spacious living & cooking area has a fireplace, dining table and a comfortable sofa set. The kitchen is equipped to a high standard with fridge incl. freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher and Nespresso coffee machine. Wonderful view of the surrounding mountains (Tschingelhörner and Flimserstein). Ski storage room, letterbox, washing machine and tumble dryer are also available.
There is 1 parking space available for the flat in the underground garage. You will receive the access card at check-in. Service charges (heating, electricity and water), bed linen and towels, final cleaning, WLAN, parking for 1 vehicle and taxes are included in the total price. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking flat.
THE MOUNTAIN SUITES set impressive accents with two architecturally striking, semi-circular buildings with a light glass and wood façade. A spacious atrium leads to the centre of the luxury residence. Here, residents and guests are welcomed by the lifestyle concierge. Within walking distance you will find a bakery, a supermarket and several shops and restaurants. Excursion destinations such as Lake Cauma, the Rhine Gorge and the Prau la Selva sports centre are nearby. When snow conditions are good, the flat can be reached on skis to within a few meters via the Flims Waldhaus valley run. Directly in front of the main entrance, a free ski shuttle picks you up and takes you to the mountain lifts on schedule and back home in the evening (service available from Christmas week until Easter).
