A small bedroom with two single beds. Guests must bring their own bed linen.

The living room features a tiled stove, a dining table and four chairs, a pull-out double bed, as well as a TV and Wi-Fi.

Kitchen:
Well-equipped kitchen. Guests must bring their own towels.

Bathroom:
Bathroom with shower and toilet. There is an additional toilet located outside the apartment.

A washing machine is available in the basement.

The chalet is located in Flond with a beautiful view. In winter, the ski run is accessible right up to the house when snow conditions are good. Skis can be stored in front of the house and ski boots can be dried in the heating room. In summer, deck chairs and a garden table with chairs are available upon request in front of the house.

The chalet is approximately 200 m from the bus stop. The valley station of the Valata cable car is 2.5 km away. Obersaxen-Meierhof, the Rufalipark in Obersaxen-Misanenga, and Ilanz – the first city on the Rhine – are each 5.5 km away.

Parking spaces are available directly in front of the house. Pets are allowed upon request.
