Beautiful 3-room apartment (65m2) on the first floor and 1st floor (maisonette) in a chalet with 2 apartments. The chalet is situated in an elevated and quiet location not far from the village center. The balcony with beautiful mountain views and the idyllic garden invite you to linger. Entrance area with wardrobe and shoe storage. 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200cm) on the partette, 1 bedroom with double bed (160x200m) on the second floor. Living room with sitting area, cable TV/radio. Free WiFi. 1 bathroom with shower/WC. Well-equipped eat-in kitchen with separate TV, ceramic hob, oven, fridge incl. freezer, filter coffee machine, racelette and fondue set, kettle, toaster. The apartment has central heating. In addition, there is a fireplace in the living room. Parking spaces are located directly by the house. Pets are not allowed. Non-smoking apartment. As often usual in older chalets, the room height is lower than usual (about 2.00 meters). Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels are available.
