Gerra is located about 3 km north of the border to Italy, visavis Ascona.
The flat is on the first floor with lake view. There is a pebble beach around the corner.
The house is ring-fenced, but this is more than compensated for by the view of Lake Maggiore and the foothills of the Alps.

Parking spaces are available at the Badi or on the cantonal road. Case Giuseppe is located on a car-free street next to the church.
