The 5-star holiday home is situated on a sunny slope above Tenero and offers a fantastic view over Lake Maggiore, the Magadino plain and the mountains opposite.

The house has its own large swimming pool with sun deck. As the pool is automatically heated in cold weather, you will find pleasant bathing water temperatures even in spring and autumn.

The sunny pergola with its spacious seating area invites you to linger and dine. The extensive garden of over 1000 m2 contains many exotic plants and palm trees as well as a former vineyard. The house and garden offer a high degree of privacy.

The property is modern and stylishly furnished and has direct access, a garage in the house and several outside parking spaces.

The house is in a quiet location and yet Locarno, Ascona and many tourist attractions are within easy reach.

Ideal for 1-8 people, ideally suited for a wide range of requirements - whether active holidays or peace and quiet on holiday - whether couples, families, senior citizens or friends - many possibilities are open. Not suitable for youth groups.

- No further additional costs! The price shown includes final cleaning, bed linen/bath towels, visitor's tax, internet, water & electricity.
- The pool is not in operation in winter (approx. end of November to March).
