Description of the holiday rental
Our house Babice is situated 2 km above the village centre of Grindelwald on a sunny and quiet hillside on the terrace path. Year-round access by car to the house, parking available.
The bus stop to the mountain railways and the village centre is a 5-minute walk from the chalet. The Bodmi ski school area can be reached in 10 minutes on foot or by ski bus. From the ski school area you can ski directly to the valley station of the Grindelwald First cable car.
You will find various shopping facilities in the centre of Grindelwald.
If you don't want to cook yourself, the nearest restaurant can be reached on foot in 10 minutes.
The 2 room apartment on the ground floor of our house Babice has a separate entrance via an outside staircase.
The apartment is cosy and modernly furnished with cable TV, W-Lan, washing machine and tumble dryer.
It has a large terrace/balcony for exclusive use with a clear view of the mountains. With binoculars you can even watch the mountaineers in the Eiger or you can end the day after an exciting hike and enjoy the impressive panorama.
