Description of the holiday rental

The 3-room apartment is in a multifamily house and measures 50 square meters. It is situated in a quiet location with year round accessibility. The apartment is above the garage. The highlight in Winter is the ability to ski-in and ski-out directly from the front door. You can ski down to the new railway station “Terminal/V-Bahn” or to the Station “Grund” in about 5 minutes. From homerun Nr. 23 “Aspen”, it is the possible to ski back to the apartment.  In Summer, it is less then 12 minute walk to the railway station. The apartment has a balcony equipped with a gas grill and a terrace with a lovely seating area, facing the Eiger. The kitchen was renovated in 2014 and has a dishwasher, modern coffee machine, toaster, mixer, Swiss Fondue/Raclett Set, Spices: Everything you need for a pleasant stay. The newly furnished living room in 2019 is equipped with a modern TV + Radio System, WiFi access, bookshelf, games and drawing stuff for kids. The shower/toilet was renovated in 2020. The children’s bedroom is furnished with three beds, including one bunkbed. The masterbedroom has a queen size bed.
