Description of the holiday rental
The modern and spacious part of the house, a converted and extended old Engadine stable, is located in the centre of the beautiful village of Guarda (Lower Engadine) on a quiet side street. Thanks to its west-facing orientation, you can enjoy the marvellous view and plenty of sunshine both inside and out (balcony and small but lovely garden with partially covered seating area). The well-equipped interior offers plenty of space for relaxed socialising. The centrepiece is the 45 square metre living/dining room with open-plan kitchen. The continuous west-facing window front provides a breathtaking view of the Alps. The house has three harmoniously furnished bedrooms (2x 1.80cm double beds, 1x sofa bed) and a spacious bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped with ceramic hob, dishwasher and steamer. WLAN, garage with ski room, washing machine and tumble dryer also belong to the flat. The bus stop is less than 5 minutes from the house. Just two or three steps from the front door and you are surrounded by a magnificent alpine mountain world.
