Description of the holiday rental
The fully equipped, 185 square metre 4.5 room maisonette flat, with the interior work completed in 2020, is located on the top two floors and has 3 bedrooms and a living-dining area plus kitchen and several balconies. The flat offers a fantastic view over Klosters and the mountains. 2 of the bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms and there is a fourth guest bathroom. The very spacious rooms also offer the possibility of being used as a work area. All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed (cannot be separated). Fast Internet WiFi free of charge, blue rubbish bags included; shared use of the ski-bike rooms, washing facilities, tumble dryer in the house; pets not allowed; non-smoking flat! Price includes rent, cleaning, linen, tourist tax and service charge are independent of the number of persons.
