Cosy, partially renovated 4½ room apartment in typical Engadine style.
Location and general information: The apartment in the Chesa Bellaval Suot is situated in a quiet, sunny location in the district of Chamues-ch. The village centre and the shopping facilities are within walking distance to Chesa Bellaval Suot. In the house there is a shared laundry room and a ski room. A single garage belongs to the apartment next to the property. There is no lift in the Chesa Bellaval Suot. Pets are not allowed in the Che¬sa Bellaval Suot. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment in Chesa Bellaval Suot is on the 1st floor. There is a small cloakroom in the corridor. There are two double bedrooms and a single room. The kitchen is open to the dining area, but closed off from the living area. The living room has a fireplace and a sunny balcony. Two bedrooms are also available.
Equipment: The apartment is furnished in the typical Engadine style with carpets and built-in furniture. The living room is bright and inviting thanks to the large window front to the garden. A large Arven table with corner seat and chairs is available for dining. The half-open kitchen with Arven wood fronts contains a glass-ceramic hob with a steam extractor fan, an oven, a refrigerator, a freezer and a dishwasher. A microwave oven and a Nespresso coffee machine are also available. The larger bathroom has been renovated and is equipped with a bathtub with glass partition, a toilet and a washbasin. A second bathroom with shower and washbasin (without toilet) was newly installed. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom-TV and Gra¬tis-W-Lan.
