This spacious two-room holiday flat is located on the ground floor of a partially renovated apartment building in the quiet Arvins neighbourhood at the foot of the Albula Pass in La Punt. The entrance welcomes you with plenty of storage space thanks to a built-in cupboard and wardrobe. From the open-plan living and dining area you have direct access to the outdoor seating area and the garden. The fully equipped kitchen has a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher, oven, fonduecaquelon and raclette oven, as well as modern designer crockery. From the sofa you can enjoy the mountain view from the panoramic window during the day and the cosy hours in front of the chéminée in the evening. Thanks to the comfortable box spring bed with firm-soft mattresses and the new duvets and pillows dressed in hotel linen, you will find your optimal sleep. Your luggage is quickly stored in the stylish built-in wardrobes in the bedroom. The cosy sofa can be converted into two additional comfortable beds. The bathroom has a washbasin, toilet and shower. First-class towelling is provided for you. In the basement there is a laundry room and a ski room for shared use. The mountain bike or skis can be stored in the lockable garage box. The flat also has an outside parking space for your car. The train station is only a few minutes away on foot. La Punt is an ideal starting point for hiking and mountain biking in summer and for ski tours, cross-country skiing, walking and sledging in winter.
