Description of the holiday rental
The apartment, in a multi-family house, is located in the La Punt area below the Albula Pass on a pleasant and sunny south-facing area. It’s only 600 meters from La Punt train station and a little further from it’s historic center.
The 150 square meters apartment is divided on two floors. At ground floor, the main floor, there’s the the large living with access to the garden, kitchen, bathroom and master bedroom with double bed. At first floor there are two double bedrooms one with double bed and the other one two separate beds. At first floor each room has it’s on bathroom.
Free wi-fi. Tv with Swisscom system.
2 parking lots in the garage.
In the kitchen in addition to the basic equipment, there is also a kettle, a Nespresso coffee spot, a fondue set and a raclette set.
