Discover our charming retreat in a beautiful Engadine-style house, located in the quiet and idyllic surroundings of La Punt Chamues-ch. This 3 1/2-room attic flat on the first floor offers you the perfect place for relaxation and cosiness thanks to its bright wooden gallery and neat, dignified furnishings. An oasis of well-being, even when the Engadine sun is hidden behind the clouds.

Inside, a sophisticated ambience with every conceivable comfort awaits you. The kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: Equipped with a fridge and large freezer compartment, oven, various coffee machines, including a Nespresso machine, a dishwasher and much more. The living room invites you to relax with its cosy fireplace and a CD player/radio, while in the sleeping area a large double bed, a single bed with new mattresses (replaced in 2015), a spacious wardrobe and a desk make your stay comfortable. W-Lan is of course available.

The outside area of the flat offers further amenities, including the use of a garage space and an outdoor parking space, which are included in your rent. The location is perfect for winter lovers, with direct access to the cross-country ski trail and the Müsella ski lift just two minutes away. The surrounding area also offers numerous outdoor activities in summer.

La Punt Chamues-ch, a place full of history and culture, nestled between wild peaks and fragrant mountain pine forests, is strategically located at the foot of the old trade route over the Albula Pass. The surrounding area attracts visitors with its top-class cuisine, historic farms and patrician houses as well as a wide range of leisure activities such as mountaineering, cycling tours, skiing (alpine and cross-country) and much more. Immerse yourself in the unspoilt nature of the Engadin, experience adventures on toboggan runs or discover hidden playgrounds and fireplaces by the water.
