Description of the holiday rental

Attention: in the period after the Easter holidays 2023, renovation work will take place in sections within the entire property. In the periods in which work is taking place in our own and the neighbouring staircases (the house has 7 staircases), we have removed the property from the rental. You will not be affected during the periods that you can still book, but it cannot be ruled out that there may be a slight noise nuisance at times during the day. The communal facilities such as swimming pools and sauna are of course available for you to use.

The cosy and practically furnished 2-room maisonette flat is located in the Rancho house in the Uletsch district of Laax. This is opposite the Murschetg district with the valley stations of the Weiße Arena Flims-Laax cable cars, which can be reached in a few minutes on foot, or alternatively by shuttle bus directly in front of the house.
Quietly located away from the noise of the street with a view of the forest, the flat invites you to relax after the day's activities. It can be reached directly from the main entrance of the Rancho by lift, which also takes you directly to the wellness area of the house. This includes a large indoor swimming pool with two saunas, two solariums and a fitness room. There is also a games room with a table tennis table and library. In summer, an outdoor swimming pool and tennis courts complete the offer. In addition to the outdoor pool, there is also a children's paddling pool and a children's playground in the well-kept outdoor area.

You can store your mountain bike or skis in the ski and bike room, accessible from the underground car park.
In the basement you will find a laundry room with several coin-operated washing machines and tumble dryers.
Your holiday flat has a directly assigned parking space with carport right at the main entrance.

Please remember to bring your own bed linen and towels/sauna towels/kitchen towels.

Living room 1
Other living room facilities : You reach the living room through the flat entrance door. Immediately to the right of the entrance door is the staircase leading up to the bedroom, under which you will find the wardrobe. To the left of the entrance door you enter the small kitchen. Separated from the entrance area by the kitchen and a large wardrobe adjoining the cloakroom, you enter the living room. In front of you is the dining table with six chairs, on the wall to the left is a wide sofa bed that can be swivelled out into a comfortable large double bed in a single movement. Behind the sofa bed is a white bed base with a hinged lid, to the right and left of which are cupboard and shelf combinations for your clothes and personal belongings. The crockery cupboard is located at the bottom of the kitchen wall, with a swivelling flat screen TV and shelves above it. To the right, you enter the bathroom.

Bedroom 1
Other bedroom furnishings: The bedroom on the upper floor of the maisonette contains a large double bed with two bedside cabinets, as well as two single beds, each with a bedside cabinet and large drawers underneath. A large wardrobe with compartments for clothes and a spacious clothes rail complete the furnishings. The window can be darkened using curtains. Directly accessible from the bedroom is the 2.9 m² washroom, which contains a second WC, a washing facility and a utensil shelf. Please note: the stairs to the upper floor are steep and unsuitable for guests with walking difficulties, for whom it is recommended to stay on the lower floor.

Kitchen 1
Other kitchen equipment : The small working kitchen is practically equipped and has all the items needed to prepare a meal for several people. The crockery is sized for six people.

Local description : In the district of Uletsch you will find a small Coop supermarket where you can always find fresh baked goods as well as everything else you need for quick shopping - and with generous opening hours, as it is integrated into the petrol station. 500 m away, a few minutes' walk will take you to the centre of Murschetg at the foot of the Laax cable cars. Here you will find further shopping facilities, sports shops, numerous bars, bistros and restaurants for every taste. 7 km away in Ilanz you will find numerous specialised shops, several large supermarkets and several banks.
Other sports and leisure facilities : You are in one of the most beautiful mountain regions in the Alps with countless hiking opportunities for young and old. The Flims-Laax region has well signposted hiking trails in both summer and winter - some of which are themed, such as the Water Trail, Planet Trail, Culinary Trail etc. - and cycle paths for young and old. - and cycle paths for young and old. Even ambitious mountain bikers will never be bored, as the region has taken on a leading role here. In winter, the same applies to snowboarders, for whom there is a huge range of specialised facilities. International competitions are held here every year. Miscellaneous : You will also need the flat key to access other facilities in the house: - At night with the house access door closed for key switch to the right of the sliding house access door. - Access via intermediate door to the basement corridor if you have taken the lift to UG1. From here you can access the games room with library and table tennis table. - From the basement corridor for access to the swimming pool and again to the sauna. - From the basement corridor past the swimming pool access on the left to the washing machine room with dryers - use against coin payment. - From the garden with garden swimming pool (access via basement level 2 in front of the sauna) back into the house. - From UG1 next to the lift to the ski room, for the fitness room (door on the left in the swimming pool area opposite the sauna exit) you have your own key on your key ring.
