The open kitchen is fully equipped with an electric cooker, oven, microwave, extractor hood, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher and coffee machine - ideal for those who like to cook for themselves even on holiday. The bathroom has a bathtub with integrated shower, a washbasin and a toilet.

A television, Wi-Fi and practical built-in cupboards round off the offer. The apartment is a non-smoking property and is located in a well-maintained multi-family house. Additionally, a washing machine and dryer are available to you in the basement.
