The residential building "les Cimes" is located on the first level of the resort of Les Collons, near the Trabanta chairlift, the supermarket and restaurants. The building enjoys a quiet and peaceful location. It is east-facing. The residence's laundry and ski room are available to all tenants.
The flat Cimes 4 is a 4 room apartment (6.5 c) for 6 to 8 people, located on the 4th floor of the building.
It has an open kitchen: 4 ceramic hobs, oven, large fridge (with freezer section), dishwasher, filter coffee machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, fondue pot.
The living room, with cable TV, DVD player and WIFI, consists of a sitting area (1 double sofa bed 1.60 x 2.00, 2 armchairs) and a dining area.
Bedroom with bunk bed (2 mattresses, 1.90 x 0.90), bedroom 2 single beds (2 mattresses, 1.90 x 0.90), bedroom 3 with double bed (1 mattress, 2.60 x 1.60).
Bathroom 1: WC, washbasin and bath.
Bathroom 2 : WC, washbasin and shower.
Balcony facing south east with view of the Val d'Hérens, with jacuzzi and garden furniture.
Flat WITHOUT carpeting.
No pets allowed.
Covered parking space under the building available at an additional cost.
