Holiday home with own parking space

We, Mark and Patricia Janmaat-Blom from the Netherlands, have owned Chalet La Pente since 2007. Our aim is to work on the chalet every year to keep it in good condition and to continually make improvements for everyone to enjoy! We now have 7 bedrooms, 6 of which can be used as "double rooms", wonderful beds and the garden with terraces and balconies is also ideal for making the most of this wonderful breathtaking view of the mountains including the Matterhorn! There is also good WLAN and television with satellite and Swisscom in the living room and master bedroom, so very international. The fireplace always burns fantastically and gives off a lot of warmth. The sun and the very well insulated chalet always ensure that it is very pleasant. If you would like to make a reservation, we will provide you with all the information in advance so that you can prepare your holiday properly and enjoy the surroundings as well as family and/or friends to the full. Finally, a critical evaluation is carried out annually with the cleaning company to ensure that everything is in order. Of course, you will always arrive in a beautifully made bed!

Kitchen machines, gourmet, fondue, grill, Nespresso, Senseo etc. TV, stereo system for Ipad, Iphone, Ipod, DVDs, CDs, games, WLAN are also available in the chalet. Walking distance from the 4-seater chairlift which takes you directly above Thyon 2000m and Veysonnaz. Ski and boot lockers at the ski lift. The chalet has 6 metre high ceilings with many large windows offering spectacular views of the mountains, including the Mattherhorn and Dente Blanche. The chalet is located under the shopping street in Les Collons at 1800 metres and very close to the (ski) shop for skis and boots. In this street you will find 2 supermarkets, a kiosk, ski hire, 3 restaurants, a pub and an after bar. You can also walk to Les Collons 1850 metres where you will find a pizzeria and another bar. This very comfortable chalet has a lovely fireplace and a great dining area with seating for up to 16 people. The balconies (15m wide, 50 m2) are exposed to the sun from morning to afternoon. The terrace is also very sunny, very nice in summer. There is also a garden around the chalet. There is a good barbecue. Washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, electric hob, oven, microwave, extra fridge (in the basement). Espresso machine, coffee machine, normal coffee machine available. In the seasonal periods: A basic price for the chalet plus price/person may apply.
