The superb lake view from this luxurious apartment in Brissago has a calming effect that helps guests to relax and enjoy a peaceful time.

This modern apartment on the ground floor has a private garden with sunbeds. There is also an outdoor dining setup and a BBQ here to enjoy quality time with loved ones. Inside the air-conditioned apartment, there is an open-plan living room with a large sofa and a dining table. It opens into the balcony where there are outdoor table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a toaster, an oven, a coffee machine and a fridge.


Bedroom 1: The lake-view bedroom is quite spacious and is furnished with a double bed, a flat-screen TV and a wardrobe. Guests can easily step out onto the balcony from the room.
Two guests can sleep on the double sofa bed in the living room.


The modern bathroom has a shower area, washing basin and WC.

The apartment is located in the picturesque lake town of Brissago by the placid Lake Maggiore. Set against the backdrop of mountains, the town offers a healthy mix of nature and culture. From renaissance churches to centuries-old cypresses, narrow lanes to gardens laden with lemons, oranges and cedars, from beautiful mansion to perfect weather- the town is charming and rich with things to do and visit. The lake is barely a kilometer from the apartment where guests can dine at various restaurants, cafes, stroll around the town and shop for grocery and local handmade products.

The property benefits from its proximity to the amazing Brissago’s Botanical Gardens with over 1700 plant species. It is one of the most-visited attractions which can be easily reached on a scenic boat ride. The Big Island has Roman baths, a small beach and flora from different continents that thrive and beautify the place. Guests should also take a day trip to Ascona (13 minutes), street cafes and lake promenade and Locarno (13 minutes) for its old town, castles and Piazza Grande.

The nearest international airport is about 120 kilometers away.
