Description of the holiday rental
Genéral
Large studio (47m2) for 2 adults, well located close to the skilift and to 5 walking minutes to the swimming pool. Practical, the studio is at the first floor of the building, the big balcony is south facing.
It's made of:
- 1 living room south giving on the south balcony with a double bed and a small sofa bed with a dining area
- 1 small bathroom with bath tube
- 1 kitchenette (no microwave and oven)
- Free Wi-Fi (furnished by the agency)
Included in basic price:
- Electricity and heating
- 1 covered parking lot
- Wi-FI
Conditions/suppléments
Extra charges (obligatory):
- Cleaning package: CHF 120.-. (A supplement shall be charged in the case of excess)
- Tourist Tax: CHF 3.80 per adult/night, CHF 1.90 per child/night, CHF 1.90 per Senior/night
- Arrival outside opening hours/day: between CHF 50 and CHF 100
- Deposit: CHF 300.- blocked on a credit card at the arrival. The amount will be release 14 days after the departure.
