- 1 north blind/no window bedroom with 2 bunk beds and 1 single bed
- Equipped kitchen with dinning table: hob, oven, dishwasher, fridge, coffee machine
- Bathroom with bath tube accessible from the parental bedroom and the hall
- Living room with fireplace, dining area, bed-settee, TV (approx. 70 international channels)
- South-west terrace with barbecue and garden furniture
