The castlelike property BARONY LE PERGOLE with its unique construction and site in Castagnola near the lake between privat street and antique footpath and throning over a big Mediterranean treegarden offers well and comfortable equipped apartments 
-- all with private entrance from outside --which cannot range under a normal star-category, because of missing comparable objects. Photos, description and the guestbook are confirming the high exclusivity of the Barony. 2-rooms-garden-apartment nr. I B for 2 persons. 3rd person on request upon payment CHF 400 p.w. 62 m2 grossfloor space + covered terrace with dining place + open terrace with sunroof and deckchairs on the garden floor of Villa B with direct access to the garden. 2

Living with built-in kitchen "Bulthaup" landhouse style: stove with 4 plates, oven, refrigerator with cooler, fume hood, dishwasher, washing machine,clothes-stand (dryer in the small washhouse on the common terrace in front of the covered swimming house) Living with ventilator, bed-couch,  autentic "Renaissance" + "Louis Seize"-furniture. Bedroom with climate apparatus (connected in one of the 2 windows), modern "Bico" doublebed, with 2 mattresses each 0,9 x 2 m (can be lenghtened to 2,30 m), cupboard, babycot  on request. Satellitecable-TV, WiFi free of charge.

Shared indoor-pool 4 x 8 m - chargeable - with 140 m2 sunbathing-terraces with deckchairs, sunshade and table tennis 
in  funcition from June to September.
Because of Corona-prescriptions  pool ist closed  in 2021. 
But within 130 m on private street + stairs down to the lake is a comunal boat- and bathstage and a small pebble beach.
Within ca. 600 m is the "Lido San Domenico" with swimming in the lake; chargeable. 

Residence run by the owner who lives at the place.
