Cosy 2½ room apartment in a quiet location with indoor pool and sauna in the house.
Location and general information: Chesa Dmura is located in the Funtauna quarter in Madulain in a quiet, sunny location. The apartment is south facing. The train station is within walking distance from the house. A reserved garden belongs to the apartment. There is no lift in the house. Pets are not allowed in the Che¬sa Dmura. The properties in the Funtauna Quarter are connected to each other by a common exhibition hall. Together they operate a renovated indoor swimming pool and a sauna, which are available to all residents. The indoor pool is open during the day in the Sai¬son. Smoking is not allowed in the apartment.
Room layout: The apartment in the Chesa Dmura has a double bedroom, a bathroom, a comfortable living/dining room with balcony and a separate kitchen. The living/dining room with fireplace is equipped with comfortable sofas and a dining table for two people. In the bathroom there is a bathtub, a washbasin and a toilet.
Facilities: The apartment has recently been partially renovated and is equipped with modern comforts. Laminate flooring was chosen for the living room, the floor in the bedroom is covered with fitted carpet. In the bathroom and kitchen there are ceramic tiles. In the kitchen there is a glass ceramic hob with a steam extractor fan, an oven, a refrigerator with freezer compartment, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. The apartment is equipped with Swisscom TV and free W-Lan.
A small, cosy apartment for those seeking peace and quiet and for swimmers!
