Beautiful, spacious and cosy 4 1/2 room flat (living space 130m2) in apartment building on the 2nd floor with lift. The flat has 2 double bedrooms and 1 four-bed room with bunk beds.

Ideal for one or two families, a separate conservatory offers additional space. The child-friendly flat is ideally equipped for babies/toddlers, with a baby cot with linen, a mobile changing table and a high chair, as well as many other useful items for our youngest guests.

A spacious living room with a large sofa and Swedish stove invites you to cosy get-togethers, while the south-facing balcony offers a magnificent view of the Reichenbach Falls.

The flat has a bathroom with double washbasin, bathtub and WC as well as a small bathroom with shower and WC. The kitchen is fully equipped and offers every comfort. A laundry room with its own washing machine and tumble dryer round off the profile.

The flat has an underground car park and a cellar for sports equipment. The flat is in a very central yet quiet location. The mountain railways are in the immediate vicinity, and shopping facilities and the railway station are also within easy walking distance.

If you need extra space or are travelling with grandparents who need their privacy, we recommend our studio, which is located directly next to the 8-bed flat.
