Inside, the flexible studio features a light and airy living space with flat screen TV, a dining area, a modern double sofa bed, 1 single fold-out armchair sofa bed and access to a balcony, which overlooks the lush greenery of the neighbouring garden. An adjoining kitchenette with balcony access and a retro-fitted family bathroom suite completes the internal layout of this charming studio.
The lower ground floor apartment features in a 4-storey building with on-site resident parking space.
