Top flat (on the 5th floor) of a development of 2 x 6 terraced flats in Monteggio (420 metres above sea level), a sleepy Ticino village - in one of the most beautiful areas of southern Ticino - in Malcantone. Location: near the forest. Suitable for the following sports: jogging, biking, walking, swimming, hiking, golf. There is a children's playground in the forest nearby. Ideal starting point for hikes in the Malcanatone, on Monte Lema and Monte Tamaro. Monteggio is located halfway between Ponte Tresa and Luino. Lugano can be reached in approx. 30 minutes, Luino in approx. 10 minutes. Monteggio is well served by public transport. The bus stop is approx. 200 m from the holiday flat.
