Description of the holiday rental
In the entrance area there is a cloakroom and a storage room with a washing machine. The holiday apartment on the 1st floor features a living room including a couch, bathroom/ WC (hair dryer available), TV, Wi-Fi, a table with 4 chairs, an armchair and a kitchen with a stove/oven, dishwasher, fridge as well as further extras such as a coffee machine, toaster, egg cooker etc. The bedroom with 4 beds is located in the attic. Next to it there is a separate WC. An outdoor seating area completes the offer. Bed linen and towels are provided. Pets, loud parties and smoking in the apartment are not allowed. Prices from CHF 100.00 per night (for the whole apartment), plus final cleaning from CHF 90.00 and tourist tax. Nestled in the beautiful Muota Valley lies the holiday apartment Kleinhaus in the village of Ried.
