Description
This cosy apartment has been tastefully renovated, using beautiful materials and quality furnishings.
It is ideally located in the centre of the Haute-Nendaz resort, within easy reach of shops, restaurants and ski lifts. The apartment also benefits from a large sunny terrace facing south and west. It's the ideal place to stay in the mountains without having to use your car!

3 Bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath/shower and WC, as well as a guest WC.
Ideal for 6 people.

2 Double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with bunk beds.
Bathroom with bath/shower and WC. Guest WC in entrance hall.
Spacious living room with open fire, cable TV and WiFi.
Dining room and kitchen with quality appliances.

Apartment equipment:
Kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, 1 cheese fondue set, 1 raclette set (with small pans), dishwasher, oven, fridge. Liing chairs and electric plancha for the summer!
Shared laundry room in the building with washing machine and tumble dryer (chargeable).
Internet, cable TV, hairdryer.

1 Reserved covered parking space (possibility of parking a car with roof box or van) and free parking spaces in front of the building.
Lift in the building. Private ski room.

The apartment is located opposite the ice rink, playground, children's nursery and is very close to the sledge run. Walks with pushchairs possible from the apartment. The ski lifts are just a few steps from the apartment, with easy access via a funicular (free of charge).

Good to know:

Included in the price for the number of people indicated at the time of booking:
- beds made on arrival
- towels
- final cleaning

Optional:
- Baby pack at 25 CHF/stay (this includes a cot with mattress, a fitted sheet, a towel and a high chair)
- 35 CHF for sheets and towels per additional person

Access to the apartment is very easy, even in winter.

Please note: the swimming pool in the building is permanently closed.

We would like to inform you that bachelor/bachelorette parties or other noisy parties are not allowed. Neighbours live in the building all year round.
Non-smoking apartment.
Pets are not allowed.
