Balcony, east facing position, large terrace 20 m2, north facing position and west facing position, small patio, south facing position and west facing position. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable). Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (2 cars). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Pattier Haut: Chalet "Le Hibou". On the outskirts, 1.2 km from the centre of (600m by foot), in a quiet position. Private: garden with lawn. In the house: washing machine. Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking. Golf course (18 hole) 18 km, tennis 2 km, skisport facilities 1.6 km, ski bus stop 100 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Nendaz 4 Vallées 1.6 km. Hiking paths: Bisse du Milieu 600 m.
